Three in the morning is when people worrying about something silently are awake trying to solve it, usually badly and always alone. That is the hour this is named after and the only thing it is about.
Truth Moves is what happens when the thing keeping you awake gets said out loud to somebody, in daylight, and then moves.
The move
Recognising it is not the same as moving.
